What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp oregano
tsp salt & pepper
lb ground beef

tbsp olive oil

lb green beans

tsp ground cumin

sweet potato
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spread the cubed potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with the salt and pepper. Toss well and bake for about 25 minutes, until soft and tender. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans and toss to coat. Let them cook for a few minutes until they start to soften. 3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir so everything coats the beans. Let them cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they’re tender but still have a little bite. 4. In another skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and add the ground beef. Break it up as it cooks until browned. Stir in the spices and cook until fully seasoned and cooked through. 5. Build your plate with the purple sweet potatoes, beef, and green beans. Finish with a drizzle of honey over everything (don’t skip this part) Enjoy!View original recipe
