Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a small baking dish with parchment. 2. In a large bowl, mash the sweet potato until smooth. 3. Add eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and whisk until creamy. 4. Add oat flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until fully combined. 5. Fold in chocolate chips. 6. Spread batter evenly in the baking dish. 7. Bake 30-35 minutes. 8.
