What you need

basil pesto
tbsp italian seasoning

cherry tomato

boneless chicken breast

lb penne rigate
ground black pepper

cup extra-virgin olive oil

cup basil
clove garlic

cup pine nut
Instructions
Pesto Recipe 1. Toast the pine nuts and garlic in a pan for 3-5 minutes. 2. Add the pine nuts, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor and pulse until chopped. 3. Add the basil and pulse until combined. 4. With the lid closed, slowly pour in the olive oil while processing. 5. Adjust salt and pepper to taste, adding more olive oil for a creamier pesto. Chicken Pesto Pasta 1. Heat your Blackstone to medium-low heat. Add avocado oil and spread it across the griddle. 2. Add minced garlic and the cherry tomatoes. Mix together and cover with a dome to allow them to steam and soften. 3. Add the chicken and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Toss to coat each piece of chicken in the seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes. 4. Combine the tomatoes and chicken, then add the cooked pasta. Toss to combine. 5. Add the pesto and Parmesan cheese, mixing to blend the ingredients together. 6.
