What you need

cup sour cream

tsp vanilla extract

banana

cup granulated cane sugar

cup unsalted butter

tsp baking soda

tsp salt
cup blueberry

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350ΒΊF. Line a loaf pan with cooking spray and parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add in the mashed bananas, vanilla, sour cream or yogurt, and eggs. 4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until no flour streaks remain. 5. Coat the blueberries in 1 tbsp of flour. Fold them into the batter. 6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-80 minutes. The loaf is ready when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 7. Cool on a wire rack, slice and enjoy.View original recipe
