What you need

tbsp cinnamon

tsp sugar

cup milk
bread loaf
egg

cup berry mix
Instructions
1: Heat your griddle or a stovetop griddle over medium heat and grease the surface with butter. 2: In a shallow bowl, whisk together the milk, cinnamon, sugar, and eggs until smooth. 3: Slice the challah into thick pieces. Dip each slice into the egg mixture for about 10 seconds per side so it soaks up just the right amount. 4: Lay the soaked slices on the hot griddle. Cook until the bottoms are golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden as well. 5: While the French toast cooks, place a small cast-iron skillet right on the griddle and make your berry compote. 6: Stack the warm slices and top with a spoonful of yogurt and fresh berry & enjoy!View original recipe
