tbsp olive oil
tsp salt

tsp cajun seasoning
tbsp fresh parsley
clove garlic

tsp chili flakes

tsp cornstarch

tbsp avocado oil

Instructions
1: Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Soak in an ice bath for 5 minutes, then dry. 2: Toss potatoes with Cajun seasoning, salt, avocado oil, and cornstarch. 3: Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for 15 more minutes until crispy. 4: Meanwhile, heat olive oil, sauté garlic and chili flakes. 5: Toss fries with garlic oil, Parmesan, and parsley.View original recipe
