What you need

jalapeno

yellow onion

cup beef broth

tsp oregano

tsp cayenne

tsp chili powder

tsp pepper
lb ground beef

tbsp olive oil

tsp cumin
lb ground pork
tsp salt

tsp smoked paprika

clove garlic clove

bell pepper

oz tomato

tsp unsweetened cocoa
oz kidney beans
Instructions
1: Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add the diced onions and cook until tender. Add in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. 2: Add the bell peppers and half of the diced jalapeño, and cook for 5 minutes. 3: Add the ground pork and ground beef, and brown the meat. 4: Mix in the spices and tomato paste. Then add the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, and beef broth. 5: Mix in the secret ingredient, cocoa powder. 6: Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.
