What you need

coarse kosher salt

cup parmesan cheese

broccoli crown

cup chicken broth

cup heavy whipping cream

cup milk

clove garlic

yellow onion

tbsp butter

oz pasta
Instructions
1. Start by heating a large pan over medium-high heat. Melt the butter and sauté the finely diced onion until it turns translucent. 2. Add in the minced garlic, cooking just until it becomes fragrant. Be careful not to let the onion or garlic burn. 3. Pour in the whole milk, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Cover the pan and bring the mixture to a boil. 4. Once boiling, stir in the shells. Cover again and let it cook for about 5 minutes. 5. Add the chopped broccoli, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and cook until the broccoli is tender and the pasta is al dente. 6. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring everything together to create a creamy sauce. 7. Finish with an extra sprinkle of cheese, and season with more salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!
