1: Char Poblanos, Scallions, Red Onion, Garlic Cloves with Drizzle of Olive Oil. 2: Place Poblanos in Ziplock & Allow to Cool. 3: Once Cooled, Remove Skin, Stem & Seeds. 4: To Blender Add: Poblanos, Garlic, Scallions, Red Onion, Greek Yogurt, Cilantro, Lime Juice & Salt/Pepper to Taste. 5: Blend until Smooth & Creamy. 6: Serve with Chicken or Steak.View original recipe
