Instructions
1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta until al dente. Save some of the pasta water before draining. 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add pancetta and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside. 3: Add the diced shallot to the pan and sautรฉ until translucent. 4: Add the ground pork and break it up as it cooks. 5: Season with garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the pork evenly. 6: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir everything together and let it simmer. 7: Add the Parmesan and stir until melted and the sauce is creamy. 8: Toss in the spinach and let it wilt down. 9: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
