A quick and delicious Greek bowl recipe featuring homemade lamb meatballs, a creamy tzatziki sauce, and a fresh Mediterranean salad. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

What you need

clove garlic clove

cucumber
tsp salt & pepper
splash red wine vinegar

lb ground lamb

cup panko breadcrumbs

tsp dried thyme

tbsp olive oil

cup greek yogurt
tsp oregano

red onion
bunch fresh dill

roma tomato

tsp black pepper
egg

tsp paprika
tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, mix together ground lamb, spices (salt, garlic & onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, black pepper), egg, and panko until just combined. Roll into meatballs (about 1 ½ tablespoons each) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 18–20 minutes, until browned and cooked through. 2. In a bowl, stir together yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar (if using), dill, salt, and pepper. Chill until serving. 3. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with dill, salt, and pepper. Toss gently. 4. Plate the lamb meatballs with a scoop of tzatziki and a side of Mediterranean salad. Add warm pita or rice on the side if you’d like. Enjoy!View original recipe
