What you need

tsp pepper

tsp parsley

tbsp olive oil

tsp garlic powder

cucumber

tbsp lemon juice

red onion

tsp paprika

tsp oregano
tsp salt

Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with the ingredients above and marinate in the fridge for up to an hour. 2: For the tzatziki, mix together the ingredients above in a bowl and allow to sit in the fridge to let the flavors meld together. 3: For the salad, add all of the cut veggies together with the lemon juice and salt.
