What you need

cup parmesan cheese

cup panko breadcrumbs
egg

cup carrot

tsp onion powder

cup broccoli

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Soften the broccoli in the microwave for 2–3 minutes, then finely chop. Grate the carrots. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, broccoli, carrots, cheese, seasonings, and ½ cup breadcrumbs. Mix until evenly combined. 3. Scoop and form nugget-sized pieces (about 1½ tablespoons each). 4. Dip each nugget in the beaten egg, then roll in panko to coat. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray the basket with oil. Arrange nuggets in a single layer and air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). 6. Let them rest a few minutes before serving.
