Instructions
1: Mash bananas in a bowl, then mix in baking powder, flour, cottage cheese, cinnamon, salt, and eggs until smooth. 2: Heat a skillet over low-medium heat and melt some butter. 3: Spoon 2 tbsp of batter onto the skillet. 4: After 2 minutes, add berries or chocolate if using. 5: Flip when the bottoms are golden and the tops start to bubble. 6: Cook for another 3 minutes.
