What you need

tsp instant yeast

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp butter

tsp table salt

cup milk

cup old fashioned rolled oats

cup bread flour
Instructions
1: Mix all ingredients into a shaggy dough. 2: Knead until smooth and slightly tacky, about 5-7 minutes. 3: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour. 4: Shape into a log and place in a greased 9”x5” loaf pan. 5: Cover and let rise for 1-1 ½ hours. 6: Preheat oven to 350°F. 7: Brush with egg white mixed with water and sprinkle oats on top. 8: Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and sounds hollow when tapped. 9: Cool completely before slicing.View original recipe
