Old-Fashion Buttermilk Pancakes

What you need

tbsp baking powder

cup buttermilk

tbsp table sugar

tsp baking soda

egg

butter

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. 2. Mix in the egg with the buttermilk and vanilla. Then whisk in the melted butter. 3. The batter will be thick and you might need more buttermilk to thin it out. You want the batter to be a little runny. 4. Heat your griddle to a low heat. Add butter and cook each pancake for around 3 minutes on each side. They will begin to bubble on top when ready to be flipped. 5. Serve topped with butter and maple syrup.View original recipe
