tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda
tsp salt
cup granulated sugar

egg nog

tsp vanilla extract

cup full fat milk

cup lemon juice

lemon zest
tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 9” cake pan. 2: In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 3: In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar, olive oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. 4: Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, and whisk until well incorporated. 5: Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Be careful not to over mix. 6: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of sugar on top. 7: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cake is fully cooked with no wet batter, and the top is golden. 8: Serve with a lemon cream cheese frosting or powdered sugar on top.View original recipe
