What you need

tbsp olive oil

tsp paprika

tsp black pepper

cup heavy cream

tsp dried thyme

tsp basil
cup chicken broth

cup pasta

shallot

lb ground sausage

tsp parsley
Instructions
1. Warm up a big skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Toss in the shallot and let it cook until it softens. 2. Stir in the garlic and let it cook for another minute or two so it gets nice and fragrant. 3. Add the sausage, break it up as it cooks, and once itβs browned, sprinkle in all those spices and mix them into the meat. 4. Pour in the pasta, chicken broth, and cream. Give everything a good stir so the noodles are coated. 5. Cover and let it cook until the pasta is al dente, stirring every now and then. 6.
