What you need
bunch fresh parsley

tbsp olive oil

tsp basil

cup pasta
cup chicken broth

shallot

cup heavy cream

lb ground sausage

tsp black pepper

tsp paprika

tsp dried parsley
tsp salt

tsp oregano

clove garlic clove

tsp dried thyme
Instructions
1. Warm up a big skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Toss in the shallot and let it cook until it softens. 2. Stir in the garlic and let it cook for another minute or two so it gets nice and fragrant. 3. Add the sausage, break it up as it cooks, and once itβs browned, sprinkle in all those spices (salt, paprika, oregano, parsley, thyme, basil, and black pepper) and mix them into the meat. 4. Pour in the pasta, chicken broth, and cream. Give everything a good stir so the noodles are coated. 5. Cover and let it cook until the pasta is al dente, stirring every now and then. 6. Finish it off with a big handful of Parmesan and fresh parsley.View original recipe
