What you need
tsp red chili flakes

oz parmesan cheese

tsp thyme

tsp pepper

oz great northern beans
tsp salt

yellow onion
bunch fresh parsley

tsp oregano

oz red kidney beans

tbsp olive oil
cup chicken broth

tsp basil

celery stalk

clove garlic clove

carrot

lb ground meat

oz canned diced tomatoes
Instructions
1: Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a Dutch oven or large pot. Add ground pork and season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, basil, and red chili flakes. Cook until fully browned, then remove and set aside. 2: Add another tbsp of olive oil and combine the diced carrots, celery, onion, and minced garlic. Allow them to cook down for about 5-8 minutes. 3: Add diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, great northern beans, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and the cooked pork. Toss in a Parmesan rind if you have one. 4: Simmer the soup for up to 1 hour, adding salt and pepper to taste. 5: Just before serving, add your favorite soup noodles.
