What you need

tsp onion powder

lb penne pasta

lb chicken breast

cup parmesan cheese

tsp lemon juice

pepper

tsp paprika
cup fresh basil leaves

tsp black pepper
tsp dried oregano
tsp salt

clove garlic clove

tsp dried parsley

tsp garlic powder

cup cherry tomato
tsp garlic

cup pine nut
Instructions
1: In a food processor, blend pine nuts, garlic, and lemon juice until finely ground. Add basil, salt, and pepper, then blend again. With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil until smooth and spoonable. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. 2: Warm your griddle on low and lightly grease with avocado oil. 3: Add cherry tomatoes and minced garlic to the griddle. Stir, then cover with a dome until the tomatoes soften and burst. 4: On another section, add chicken cubes with a drizzle of avocado oil and all the seasonings. Toss to coat and cook until golden brown and the chicken reaches 165ΒΊF. 5: Mix chicken and tomatoes together, then add the cooked pasta. Spoon pesto over the top and toss until well coated.
