What you need

cup all purpose flour

cup plain greek yogurt

tsp sugar

tsp kosher salt

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp parsley

tsp garlic powder
yeast
Instructions
1.Add Yeast Packet & 1 tsp Sugar to 1/2 cup Warm Water (Set Aside & Allow to Foam on Top, Around 10 Min) 2.To a Bowl Add: 2 1/4 cup Flour, 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Olive Oil & Yeast) 3.Blend & Knead until Smooth 4.Allow to Sit in Cool, Dark Cabinet for 2 Hours 5.After 2 Hours, Take the Dough out and Roll it to form 8 small balls 6.Flatten each ball evenly (you may need flour so they donβt stick) 7.Prepare a medium-high heat pan & your Garlic Butter 8.Melt 1/2 stick Butter and add 1 tsp garlic Powder & 1 tsp Parsley 9.Cook each ball about 3-4 min each side, make sure to add garlic butter to each side during the cooking process 10.Serve Warm with your favorite Greek or Indian foodView original recipe
