Instructions
1: Boil water (add salt) for pasta & cook until al dente (save pasta water). 2: Prepare pan, medium-high heat. 3: Add 1 tbsp olive oil. 4: Add chopped prosciutto to pan & cook until crispy. 5: Remove prosciutto from pan, set aside. 6: Add diced onions, cook until translucent. 7: Add minced garlic, cook until fragrant. 8: Add tomato paste & chili flakes, cook for 2-3 minutes. 9: Pour in vodka & cook until you can no longer smell alcohol. 10: Pour in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. 11: Add al dente pasta with some pasta water. 12: Mix all together, serve with more cheese, crispy prosciutto, salt/pepper & parsley.View original recipe
