cup vodka

1: Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, reserve some pasta water. 2: Heat pan, add olive oil, cook prosciutto for 3 mins, set aside. 3: Cook onions until translucent, add garlic until fragrant. 4: Add tomato paste and chili flakes, cook 2-3 mins. 5: Pour in vodka, cook until alcohol smell disappears. 6: Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, simmer 5 mins. 7: Add cooked pasta to pan, gradually mix in pasta water for creamier sauce. 8: Combine ingredients, serve pasta topped with crispy prosciutto and extra cheese.View original recipe
