Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender all the way through. 3: While the potatoes boil, let your steaks rest at room temperature. Season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired. 4: Drain the potatoes and spread them onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently smash each one flat, but not so much that they fall apart. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on the spices, and roast for 20–25 minutes until crisp. 5: Toss the beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375ºF for 10–12 minutes. 6: Heat your grill until it's hot. Place the steaks on and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until they reach your preferred temperature. 7: Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.
