A guilt-free Mac & Cheese that’s made in 20 minutes and filled with healthy ingredients. This is a great recipe for adults and the kiddos.

What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

cup milk

cup shredded cheddar

bunch spinach

cup cauliflower florets

lb shell pasta
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cauliflower until tender, then drain and transfer to a blender. 2. In the same pot, cook the pasta noodles according to package instructions until al dente. 3. To the blender with the cauliflower, add spinach, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast. Blend until smooth. 4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot. Pour the creamy sauce over the pasta and mix well to coat. 5. Best served with salt/pepper and Parmesan cheese on top.View original recipe
